SOPilot turns a written procedure into an agent that runs it with tools, approval rules and human sign-off. It is a demo, offered free of charge, and may change, break or shut down at any time.

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

You keep ownership of the SOPs and other content you upload. You give us permission to store and process it, including through the services listed in our Privacy Policy, only to run SOPilot for you. Only upload content you have the right to use, and don't upload confidential, personal or regulated information.

• Agents use AI and live web data. Their results can be incomplete or wrong, so review them before you rely on them.
• Payments happen in Capital One's Nessie sandbox and move no real money.
• Nothing SOPilot produces is financial, legal or professional advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make with it.

Don't use SOPilot to break the law, to harm others, to get around its limits or security, or to put excessive load on it or the services it relies on.

SOPilot is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it.

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using SOPilot after a change means you accept the new terms.
